Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, manage inbound and outbound sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the agency
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, understands consultative selling, and is motivated by targets, incentives, and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Sales Conversion:
- Handle and follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, website inquiries, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and identify where Dash Creators can add value.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand project scope and objectives.
- Present relevant service offerings and solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions in coordination with the internal team.
- Nurture leads through the sales cycle and ensure timely follow-ups until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, meetings, proposals, and deal stages.
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline alongside company generated leads.
- Research potential clients, industries, and market opportunities.
- Explore new business channels, strategic partnerships, and referral opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Deliver a professional experience throughout the entire sales process
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Reporting & Internal Coordination:
- Share weekly updates on lead status, pipeline health, meetings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and development teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Assist in gathering client requirements and preparing project briefs.
- Track sales performance and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or account management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with lead generation, cold outreach, and client meetings.
- Able to understand business requirements and recommend the right solutions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven.
- Familiar with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
- Agency, digital marketing, or branding experience is a strong plus.
