Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard potential clients for both design and hospitality verticals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and servicing.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions across design, marketing, or consulting services.
- Schedule meetings, prepare proposals/presentations, and follow up to close deals.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for both Logical Showsha and CYK.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure consistent lead generation.
- Coordinate with creative and operations teams to deliver proposals, timelines, and project scopes.
- Participate in brand presentations, client pitches, and networking events.
Market Research & Strategy
- Research industry trends, market competition, and emerging business opportunities.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities between both business verticals.
- Support management in developing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain records of leads, conversions, and client communication using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Work closely with design, marketing, and operations teams for seamless project execution.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales/business development in design, marketing, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of branding, creative services, and/or restaurant business operations.
- Confident, outgoing personality with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
