Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing accounts to drive long-term growth.

• First Month: Commission-only – earn 10% commission on every deal you close.
• From Second Month: Fixed salary ₹15,000/month + 10% commission on all deals.

Candidates should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a commission-based start

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and establish potential business opportunities.
• Strong skills in Communication and relationship-building for effective client engagement and collaboration.
• Experience with Account Management and understanding business operations to ensure sustained partnerships and client satisfaction.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven sales environment and meet or exceed goals.
• Familiarity with digital platform solutions, including website development and automation tools, would be a plus.
• High level of self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and team collaboration skills.
