Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Mumbai office full-time (on-site).
This role is critical to driving company revenue and growth. You will be responsible for:
• Lead generation (Inbound & Outbound)
• Prospecting and building new client relationships
• Managing incoming inquiries and converting leads
• Client meetings and presentations
• Understanding client requirements and proposing digital solutions
• Creating impressive presentations and proposals
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Account coordination for smooth onboarding
• Owning revenue targets and business growth
The ideal candidate should be agile, proactive, and growth-driven, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities✅ Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
✅ Manage and nurture leads across the sales funnel
✅ Schedule and attend client meetings across Mumbai
✅ Present company services and customized proposals confidently
✅ Understand client business needs and suggest digital marketing solutions
✅ Close deals and contribute directly to company revenue
✅ Maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications & Skills• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in digital marketing)
• Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation abilities
• Strategic and analytical mindset
• Understanding of digital marketing services & online marketing techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Additional Requirements📍 Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered
