The Work You'll Do:
The SimplrOps - Workday Product Owner - Project Manager Senior Consultant is responsible for delivery of the planned SimplrOps Product features for the Workday roadmap. Duties include designing and maintaining JIRA stories, updating Training materials, collaborating with other SimplrOps workstreams including development, QA, Sales, and Adoption to support the overall product strategy as well as delivering training and demos to support our client teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create and manage JIRA stories for capability in accordance with Epics and Platform strategy
- Work with development team to clarify and answer questions during build cycle
- Work with UI/UX designer to create designs for review and planning
- Validate new feature builds
- Support Product production deployment cycles and activities including new feature content
- Own backlog for capability, working with other teams as needed to groom and meet readiness criteria
- Support SNOW ticket resolution
- Support SimplrOps training delivery
- SimplrOps Workday Capability SCRUM Master back-up
- Support SimplrOps Workday Capability Product Manager in all of their owned tasks, working hand-in-hand to ensure quality delivery
- Support SimplrOps Sales and Marketing initiatives and content creation with Workday capability and SimplrOps product expertise

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience (implementation preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in client delivery, consultative sales, account management and/or management consulting, preferably in IT service management solutions (Workday)
- 4+ years of experience presenting to senior level clients
- 2+ years of experience delivering training or Knowledge Transfer
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Active or previous Workday Partner Certification
- 2+ year of experience in Product Management
- Enthusiasm for cloud technology solutions
- A Product mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
- Familiarity with AGILE methodologies
- Ticketing system experience (SNOW preferred)
- Product Management system experience (JIRA preferred)
