Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in building new client relationships, maintaining existing clients, and contributing to business growth. Candidates with strong communication and negotiation skills will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, upwork
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up on leads and support the sales process
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 3+ years
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Sales/Business Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing is a plus
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
