Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Women Only) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting on-ground business activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Aitinkr programs and solutions
  • Visit schools, colleges, training centers, and partner locations as required
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into business
  • Prepare basic reports and updates on business development activities


Requirements


  • Experience: 1–2 years in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Gender: Women candidates only
  • Comfortable with field visits and on-site work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, confident, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of education, training, or tech-related services is a plus
