About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated "Business Development Executive" to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our HR services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting end-to-end sales processes.


Location: Vadodara

Type: On-site // Full-Time

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR services including Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable HR solutions
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and share proposals, commercials, and service agreements
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements
  • Maintain and update CRM/trackers with lead status, client interactions, and pipeline data
  • Follow up with prospects to close deals and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Rocket Reach / Apollo
  • Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales or HR services industry
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR services
