About Mirenza Solutions
Mirenza Solutions is a growing outsourcing company providing Medical Billing & Revenue
Cycle Management, BPO & Customer Support, Logistics Support, and Accounting &
Bookkeeping services to businesses across the US, UK, and Australia. We are expanding
our client acquisition team and looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help
us grow across all three core service lines.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and generating qualified leads for our
Medical Billing, BPO, and Accounting services. This is a client acquisition role — your daily
focus will be outbound prospecting, relationship building, social account building and
booking discovery calls for the founding team to close.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify, Manage and research potential clients across LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Facebook groups, Upwork, and other platforms daily
- Send 20–30 personalized LinkedIn connection requests per day targeting decision makers in healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, and SME sectors
- Execute 40–50 cold emails per day
- Monitor LinkedIn and job portals for hiring posts and pitch outsourcing as an alternative
Platform Management
- Manage and update company profiles on Upwork, Clutch.co, IndiaMART, and Fiverr Business
- Apply to relevant job postings on Upwork across medical billing, customer support, and bookkeeping categories
- Actively engage in relevant Facebook and LinkedIn groups to generate organic leads
Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
- Maintain a detailed prospect tracker (Google Sheets) updated daily
- Execute structured follow-up sequences — Day 3, Day 7, Day 14 — for all prospects
Reporting
- Submit a daily activity report to the founder every evening covering outreach volume, responses received, and calls booked
- Flag any warm leads immediately for founder follow-up

Medical Billing : Practice Managers, Clinic Owners, Hospital Administrators — United
States
BPO : Founders, COOs, Operations Managers — US, UK, Australia
Accounting : Small Business Owners, CFOs, Finance Managers — US, UK, Australia
What We Are Looking For
Must Have:
- 2–3 years experience in business development, lead generation, or sales
- Excellent written English communication — all outreach is written
- Comfortable with LinkedIn networking, growth, outreach and cold email campaigns
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for tracker management
Good To Have:
- Prior experience in BPO, healthcare, or accounting industry
- Familiarity with Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or similar prospecting tools
- Understanding of US/UK business culture and communication style
- Experience working with international clients
What This Role Is NOT
- This is not a sales closing role — your job is to generate and warm up leads, not close deals
- This is not a marketing role — no content creation or design required
- This is not a customer service role — purely outbound prospecting and relationship initiation

Milestone Incentive : 1 client closed from your leads ₹5,000 per client closed on top of fixed salary
