Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Drive channel sales within the assigned territory
  • Achieve annual revenue targets through the entrepreneur network
  • Territory Management
  • Map entrepreneurs across the assigned region
  • Develop and execute structured engagement plans
  • Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with entrepreneurs
  • Regularly interact to gather business forecasts and order updates
  • Business Development
  • Support entrepreneurs in building their order pipelines
  • Enable consistent revenue generation opportunities
  • Entrepreneur Onboarding
  • Collaborate with training centers to onboard new entrepreneurs
  • Conduct awareness and engagement sessions for trainees
  • Branding Support
  • Work with entrepreneurs to identify and fulfill branding requirements
  • Reporting & Tracking
  • Maintain daily activity reports including:
    • Order bookings
    • Lead generation
    • Invoicing details
  • Market Intelligence
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Share insights with internal teams

Eligibility Criteria

Experience (Mandatory)

  • 3–4 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in rural markets
  • Prior experience in the solar industry
