🚀 Hiring: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales | GTM | Enterprise Clients)

📍 Location: Noida / NCR (Open to relocation)

🎓 Preferred: Tier-1 / Tier-2 B-Schools (MBA)

💼 Experience: 2–5 years

🌟 About the Role

We’re looking for high-potential, driven individuals who want to build a career in B2B Sales, Enterprise Business Development (not inside sales)

This is not a typical sales role — you’ll work closely with leadership, engage with CXOs across Fortune 500 & high-growth companies, and drive end-to-end deal cycles.

If you enjoy solving business problems, building relationships, and creating revenue impact, this role is for you.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

🟢 New Business Development (Hunting)

  • Identify and engage enterprise & mid-market clients across industries
  • Build a strong outbound pipeline through research-driven prospecting
  • Own the complete sales cycle: prospect → qualify → solution → close


🟣 Account Growth (Farming)

  • Build long-term relationships and unlock repeat business opportunities
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

🟡 Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with CXO-level stakeholders
  • Understand business challenges and offer consultative solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client value

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in B2B Sales / Business Development / Consulting-led selling
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills


💡 Bonus If You Have

  • Exposure to B2B sales / Direct Sales
  • Experience working on live projects, case competitions, or research-driven roles
  • Familiarity with market research, proposal building, or enterprise sales tools
