Manager / Senior Manager - Enterprise Services

Location: Bangalore


This opportunity is with one of our Clinet who are looking for a dynamic Manager / Senior Manager – Enterprise Services to drive business growth, manage key enterprise accounts, and own the profitability of a designated region. The role requires a strong blend of enterprise sales, P&L management, customer relationship management, and strategic business development.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, responsible for independently driving revenue growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and delivering business objectives for the assigned region.


Key Responsibilities


Business Growth & Sales

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within the assigned region.
  • Identify and convert opportunities across large enterprises, corporates, IT parks, manufacturing facilities, and business parks.
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Drive deployment/ expansion and Enterprise Solutions across existing and new client locations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

P&L Ownership

  • Own and manage the regional P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
  • Monitor revenue, margins, costs, collections, and overall business performance.
  • Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure healthy business metrics including customer retention, account profitability, and DSO management.

Key Account Management

  • Manage strategic enterprise accounts and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Engage with CXOs, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams, CFOs, and Finance Controllers across client organizations.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.

Customer Success & Operations

  • Oversee the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding to retention and expansion.
  • Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service teams.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payment collections, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) within defined business targets.
  • Drive customer experience initiatives and improve satisfaction scores.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Partner with leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  • Provide regular business reviews, forecasts, and performance updates.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development, or Enterprise Services.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong experience in P&L ownership, business profitability, and commercial management.
  • Experience working with large national and multinational organizations.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Leaders, CFOs, and Finance Controllers.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-location accounts.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and capable of operating independently in an Individual Contributor role.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Must Have

  • Minimum 7+ years of Enterprise/B2B Sales experience with a demonstrated record of target achievement.
  • Strong hunting and farming experience, with the ability to acquire new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Experience owning business numbers, revenue targets, and P&L performance.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value enterprise accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in collections, invoicing, contract management, and payment follow-ups.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on growth, ownership, and execution.
