🚨 Hiring: Business Development Associate | Mumbai (On-site)

We are looking to hire 5 Business Development Associates to support the Insta Help category at Urban Company as we continue to expand the category in Mumbai.

This role sits at the intersection of operations and partner management. You will work closely with service partners, coordinate with them on a daily basis, resolve operational challenges, and ensure smooth service delivery on the ground.
Since we are building this category from 0 → 1, the role requires ownership, quick execution, and the ability to handle fast-paced work environments. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving real problems and learning how marketplace operations work at scale.

What we’re looking for
• Comfortable with partner calling and coordination
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Reporting)
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

📍 Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
💰 Salary: ₹25,000/month (in-hand) | ₹29,000 CTC including PF & statutory benefits
💻 Requirement: Personal laptop
