Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to join our team on-site at our Chennai office. In this role, you will focus on generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and effectively communicating with potential clients to build lasting business relationships. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities and contributing to the company's growth through strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills, including experience in creating and delivering impactful presentations
• Proficiency in lead generation and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets
• Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred
• Prior experience in business development or related roles is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools is advantageous
