ProjectStudio.ai offers capabilities such as AI-driven project management, contracts and milestones, client selections and approvals, HRMS, inventory and warehouse management, design and survey technology, CRM, and autonomous AI employees across project management, finance, design, and sales. Used by over 150 studios, the system powers live, mission-critical workflows and helps teams reduce manual coordination while protecting margins. The company is building the operating system for how physical spaces are designed and built.
Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving growth and adoption of ProjectStudio.ai among interior design and fit-out businesses. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand customer segments and competitive dynamics, and managing outreach through calls, emails, and meetings. The associate will prepare and deliver tailored presentations and demos, collaborate with sales and product teams to refine messaging, and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Day-to-day responsibilities include nurturing prospects through the sales funnel, gathering feedback from potential and existing clients, supporting negotiation and closing activities, and representing the brand at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Effective presentation abilities, including developing and delivering impactful presentations and product demos.
  • Lead generation experience, with a track record of identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects in B2B environments.
  • Market research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales processes, with an aptitude for working in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in SaaS, AI, and the interior design or construction ecosystem; prior experience in these domains is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative startup setting with clear ownership of outcomes.
