Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor research, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients. The Business Development Associate will prepare and deliver tailored presentations, collaborate with internal strategy and creative teams to align proposals with the Re.Soch Method, and support the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining an organized pipeline, updating CRM or tracking tools, contributing to pitch decks and case studies, and providing feedback from the market to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating impactful Presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
  • Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and audience behavior.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management in marketing, advertising, or related industries is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making, basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, and familiarity with CRM or sales tools are advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
