Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for work from home. This position involves identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, including lead generation through online and offline channels. The associate will conduct market research to understand trends, target segments, and competitive offerings, and will support outreach campaigns to educational institutions, student communities, and corporate partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, managing prospect communications, maintaining a pipeline in CRM tools, and coordinating with internal teams to align training offerings with client needs. The role also includes supporting negotiations, assisting in proposal creation, and contributing to strategies that drive enrollment and partnerships.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills for engaging with students, institutional stakeholders, and corporate partners.
  • Presentation skills and experience creating and delivering impactful presentations to varied audiences.
  • Lead generation capabilities, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
  • Market research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of the edtech ecosystem or interest in education and upskilling.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
  • Prior experience or internship in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
