Business Development Associate in Delhi

We are looking for a highly self driven and execution-focused 'Business Development Associate' to strengthen the InstaHelp supply ecosystem. This role primarily focuses on partner onboarding, supply growth, quality control, and operational supply chain management to ensure service availability, reliability, and partner performance across assigned clusters.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field operations, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Management:
• Monitor active supply availability vs demand patterns.
• Optimize partner allocation, coverage zones, and shift availability.
• Ensure minimal order leakage and maximize service fulfillment rates.
• Partner Lifecycle Management:
• Manage end-to-end partner journey from onboarding to activation.
• Track partner performance metrics (ratings, cancellations, productivity).
• Implement retention strategies and engagement initiatives.
• Quality & Compliance:
• Conduct regular audits and field visits to ensure service standards.
• Address partner issues, escalations, and operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational policies.
• Data-Driven Execution:
• Analyze supply dashboards and operational reports.
• Identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with category and city operations teams.
