About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, execution-oriented professional to join as Founder's Associate at Credibl. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role working directly with the founding team on business development, growth strategy, and market expansion. You will own key deliverables across market analysis, proposal writing, preparing customer presentations, CRM management, competitor research, and client engagement — spanning both India and international markets (EU, US, Middle East). The role requires someone who is resourceful, work cross functional, high agency, attitude of getting things done, detail oriented and has standards of work ethic and high bar for quality of work delivered.
Role requires you to be proficient with new age AI / LLM / GPT tools to be 10X productive in terms of speed and quality output.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, commercially savvy, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and autonomy. Anyone who has earlier worked in fast paced startup environment or worked as Chief of Staff or in Founders office will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Presentations & Client Deliverables
• Design and develop high-quality presentations for internal strategy reviews, investor updates, and client-facing pitches
• Excellent communication skills, Structure and narrate compelling storylines for complex ESG and sustainability use cases
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to create tailored demo decks and capability presentations
Proposals & RFP Management
• Lead end-to-end preparation of RFP responses, capability statements, and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, pricing, and solution details
• Build and maintain a proposal library with reusable content blocks and case studies
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
• Conduct structured market research across target verticals, geographies (EU, Middle East), and regulatory landscapes
• Analyse competitive positioning, pricing benchmarks, and partnership opportunities
• Synthesize insights into concise briefings and strategic recommendations for the founding team
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets models for pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, and BD performance
• Analyze HubSpot / Salesforce CRM data to generate insights on lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel health
• Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards for founder review
CRM & Business Development Operations
• Own CRM hygiene across HubSpot / Salesforce — ensuring accurate deal stages, contact records, and activity logs
• Support outreach sequences, follow-up workflows, and account-level engagement tracking
• Assist in identifying and qualifying new partnership and business development opportunities in target markets
What We're Looking For
Required
• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced role spanning strategy, Business Development, consulting, or founder's office
• Use of AI tools / GPT / LLM for fast paced execution
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills — proficient in PowerPoint with a strong sense of visual communication and storytelling
• Strong Excel skills including financial modelling, pivot tables, and dashboard creation
• Experience managing and analysing data in HubSpot or Salesforce CRM
• Proven ability to prepare RFP responses and structured commercial proposals independently
• Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into crisp, actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• High ownership mindset — ability to take ambiguous briefs and deliver polished outputs
Preferred
• Prior exposure to sales, marketing, or business development in a B2B SaaS or tech startup
• Experience working with or selling to clients in the EU or Middle East
• Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, climate risk, or regulatory compliance domains
• Experience supporting a founder, C-suite executive, or managing partner
• Exposure to partner/channel ecosystem development (SI, consulting, advisory firms)
