Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who can engage with professionals exploring advanced IT certifications and guide them toward the right learning path.


This role involves understanding learner goals, explaining program value, and driving enrollments through structured follow-ups and consultative sales conversations.


You will work closely with the marketing and training teams to ensure a smooth journey from lead engagement to enrollment while contributing to business growth by achieving sales targets.


Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Experience: 1–4 Years

Industry: EdTech / Professional Training


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage assigned leads from first contact to final enrollment
  • Understand learner career goals, technical background, and upskilling objectives
  • Handle objections, negotiations, and decision delays with confidence
  • Conduct structured follow-ups and maintain disciplined pipeline management
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and sales updates in CRM systems
  • Share customer insights and feedback with the Marketing team
  • Coordinate internally post-closure to ensure smooth onboarding and learner experience
  • Achieve and consistently exceed enrollment targets


Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development
  • Experience in EdTech / Training / Education sales will be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfort handling objections and negotiation conversations
  • Ability to work with targets and performance expectations
  • CRM and sales reporting familiarity
