Job Title: Business Development Executive (Full-Time)

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in B2B business development. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills, along with the confidence to represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and business forums.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through strategic networking and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to generate business opportunities.
- Confidently pitch the company's products and services to potential clients at large-scale events such as Yashobhoomi Exhibition, trade expos, and corporate conferences.
- Generate qualified leads through exhibitions, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Must have prior experience attending industry conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs, or networking events for business development.
- Should be confident in interacting with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful product or service presentations.
- Comfortable travelling for client meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and business events.
- Strong professional presence with exceptional interpersonal and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple business opportunities simultaneously.
