Job Title: Business Development Executive (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in B2B business development. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills, along with the confidence to represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and business forums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through strategic networking and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to generate business opportunities.
  • Confidently pitch the company's products and services to potential clients at large-scale events such as Yashobhoomi Exhibition, trade expos, and corporate conferences.
  • Generate qualified leads through exhibitions, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records while ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Must have prior experience attending industry conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs, or networking events for business development.
  • Should be confident in interacting with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful product or service presentations.
  • Comfortable travelling for client meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and business events.
  • Strong professional presence with exceptional interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple business opportunities simultaneously.
