Role Overview 

  • We are looking for a dynamic Business Consultant – Sales & Client Acquisition who can understand diverse business models and convert leads into long-term consulting engagements. 
  • This is not a typical sales role. The candidate must think like a consultant, speak like a strategist, and close like a dealmaker. 
  • You will be responsible for engaging inbound and outbound leads, understanding client requirements across industries, positioning Magsum’s consulting services, and driving revenue growth. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into consulting mandates 
  • Generate leads based on the defined target Audience / Personas / Enterprises 
  • Conduct structured discovery calls with founders and business owners 
  • Understand client business models across industries 
  • Identify pain points and align Magsum’s services accordingly 
  • Prepare customized service proposals and commercial discussions 
  • Coordinate with internal strategy and analytics teams 
  • Maintain CRM and follow-up systems 
  • Build long-term client relationships 
  • Represent Magsum professionally in meetings and networking events 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • 2 to 4 year's experience in business consulting, B2B sales, or advisory roles 
  • Strong understanding of business fundamentals (sales, finance, operations, marketing, strategy, retention, growth) 
  • Ability to understand multiple industries quickly 
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills 
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities 
  • Multi-lingual preferred (English + regional language) 
  • MBA / Business background preferred (not mandatory if having strong consultative experience) 
  • High ownership mindset
