Assure the manufacturing process and performance within the tire manufacturing environment meet safety, quality, customer service, innovation, and cost standards

Operate within company policies and in full compliance with applicable country laws

Review and evaluate Business Center budget requirements for capital expenditures, labor, and production/operations, ensuring budget objectives are met

Build a culture of “Zero Loss” by driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, productivity, waste reduction, quality, safety, and environmental performance

Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within the Business Center to enhance operational excellence

Drive initiatives that promote the continuous development and upskilling of associates

Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure effective succession planning within the Business Center

• You drive safety behavior across the plant.
• You ensure production delivery while keeping business priorities in focus.
• You are responsible for outgoing quality and OE yield performance.
• You are accountable for OEE improvements in the business center.
• You are familiar with working in a unionized culture.
• You bring strong knowledge of plant optimization.

• You drive all indicators of the business team and ensure each one is met.
• You follow legal compliance within your work area.
