Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager for our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Vijayawada. This role involves leading a team to achieve sales targets, fostering strong client relationships, and driving business growth in the local market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Vijayawada region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and support to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners, builders, real estate agents, and direct customers to generate leads and expand market reach.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, assess competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to loan application processing and disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the LAP product offerings, eligibility criteria, and regulatory guidelines to effectively address client queries and facilitate approvals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the financial services industry, specifically with exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP).
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Vijayawada real estate market and local customer demographics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales force.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in local languages (Telugu) and English is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
