Description

Results-driven sales professional with a strong technical background in submersible pumps and motors, responsible for leading sales growth and building customer relationships in Ludhiana, Punjab India . Utilizes product expertise and industry knowledge to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, driving revenue and market share increase.

Key Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in Ludhiana, Punjab
New Dealers, Distributers & Retail Appointment, Management and Market share Development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer operations and identify opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills and Abilities.

Strong technical knowledge of submersible pumps and motors, including design, application, and installation
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools

Education and Experience

Minimum Graduation with MBA (Marketing) preferred
He should have an experience of 10 -15 years in Sales and Marketing of agriculture and domestic pumps (Submersible, monoblocs and minipumps)
