As a Business Analyst – Revenue Operations, you will play a critical role in strengthening GoKwik’s sales and revenue engine. You will bring structure, data accuracy, and insights across market research, lead management, and CRM operations. Your work will directly impact pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and overall go-to-market efficiency.

Market Research & ICP Expansion

As a Business Analyst – Revenue Operations, you will play a critical role in strengthening GoKwik’s sales and revenue engine. You will bring structure, data accuracy, and insights across market research, lead management, and CRM operations. Your work will directly impact pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, and overall go-to-market efficiency.
What You’ll Own
Market Research & ICP Expansion
- Conduct market and account-level research to identify new target segments, industries, and accounts.
- Build and maintain prospect and account lists aligned with GoKwik’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Support new market and product expansion initiatives with actionable data and insights.
- Assist in building and maintaining lead scoring and prioritisation frameworks.
- Ensure high-quality lead flow to sales teams with clear segmentation and readiness signals.
- Own Salesforce data hygiene, including deduplication, enrichment, field completeness, and accuracy.
- Ensure correct tracking of leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering pipeline health, funnel metrics, and conversion rates.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance analysis.
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and recommend data-backed process improvements.
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (mandatory).
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and analysis.
- Experience with lead research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing operational workflows independently.
