- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic planning, proposal preparation, and problem-solving abilities
- Sound knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Experience in infrastructure, engineering, or consultancy industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
