Location- Lucknow
Salary- Upto 25K per month
Experience- Min 1 Year in Brand Promotion & Positioning
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Brand Promotion role based in Lucknow. The team member will promote the Satya Solar Systems brand through both online and offline channels, including social media, local events, and partner networks. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing promotional campaigns, coordinating with sales and service teams, engaging with potential and existing customers, and collecting feedback to improve brand visibility. The role also involves preparing marketing materials, supporting community outreach initiatives, and tracking campaign performance to align with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences and build long-term relationships.
- Sales Promotion and Promotional Marketing skills to plan and execute brand-building campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Analytical Skills to assess campaign performance, interpret customer feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Basic understanding of solar energy solutions or a willingness to learn and stay updated on renewable energy trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage field activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, office productivity software); experience with basic design or content creation is an advantage.
- Prior experience in marketing, brand promotion, or sales support is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in marketing, business, or a related field is beneficial.
