Role Description The Brand Onboarding Sales Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. In this position, the manager leads the end-to-end onboarding of brand clients, from initial outreach and pitch presentations to contract closure and campaign launch. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential brand partners, conducting sales meetings, preparing proposals, and tailoring influencer marketing solutions to client objectives. The role involves coordinating with internal campaign, influencer, and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding, clear expectations, and high client satisfaction. The manager will also track sales pipelines, report performance to leadership, and continuously refine market plans and sales approaches to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in Market Planning and strategic account development for influencer and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing brand partnerships.
  • Experience ensuring Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication, solution-focused problem solving, and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service practices, including handling inquiries, managing expectations, and delivering timely follow-ups.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, digital advertising, or media sales, preferably with brand-side or agency-side exposure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data-driven proposals to stakeholders at different levels.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Delhi, collaborating across global teams and time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously.
