Job Description


We are looking for an energetic, versatile, and strategic Brand Manager who will drive the company’s brand presence across ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, and PR. The role requires a strong blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and execution capability to strengthen brand visibility, reputation, and engagement across farmer, dealer, and institutional audiences.You will strategize to enhance brand reputation, customer awareness and media presence, with creativity, consistency, and customer appeal.

The candidate must be keen to understand the agricultural sector, rural economy, and willing to travel to small towns and villages for research and calibrating our efforts. You must be an self-motivated leader with the capability to lead your team and peers, work across different divisions, including external agencies for PR and Branding.


You will also oversee the digital marketing activities  for the brand including SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing, Content creation etc.

You will have a team of graphic designers and videographers under you. You will also have the support of our entire sales, marketing, and management team across India.


Responsibilities include:


1. Take ownership and provide creative and consistent solutions aligning with the Company’s goals, objectives, and budget.


2. Lead idea development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to respond.

  • a. Development of branding collaterals for social medial platforms e.g., graphics, videos, and articles.
  • b. Development of traditional branding collaterals e.g., catalogs, brochures, diaries, calendars, wall-paintings, signboards, flex banners, posters
  • c. Conceptualize the campaigns for in-store branding, exclusive stores etc., including product branding, logo placement, color schemes, packaging, user-manuals etc.
  • d. Ensure consistency in branding online and offline channels.


3. Set clear guidelines and ensure timely achievement of targets.

  • a. Manage in-house team of graphic designers and videographers.
  • b. Work with external agencies for online, ATL, BTL, Digital, and PR activities to improve our image and perception among farmers, dealers, and government officials etc.
  • c. Participate in branding activities e.g., Online campaigns, Display Trucks (mobile showrooms), Field demonstrations, Exhibition participations, TV/Radio ads, promotional activities across channels.
  • d. Participate and assist in managing company events e.g., season kick-offs, annual dealer meetings, technician, and farmer meeting, press meeting etc.
  • e. Visit dealers to improve in-store and neighborhood branding.


4. Work with other departments within the company, to develop cohesive brand schemes.

  • a. Align the company around the consistent marketing direction and product line strategy.
  • b. Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market through research, dealer visits, exhibition visits, consumer insights, competitors’ activities, latest trends to identify marketing opportunities and key issues.
  • c. Plan branding opportunities in various areas v/s crops and seasons by working closely with Seeds R&D team to understand crops across India and develop well timed and useful strategies. All branding activities and strategy should be in sync with crop data.


5. Participate in performance measurement of all marketing campaigns, branding activities, key issues and track progress of your team and external agencies and report the findings to management.


6. Must be flexible to take assignments as needed by company and refocus yourself and your time quickly.


7. Build your team: recruit, train, and prune!


Travel: Occasional travel is required for this position to visit exhibitions, customers, and farmer events.
