Role Description The Brand and Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The executive will manage and grow brand presence by planning and executing marketing and promotional activities, monitoring brand performance, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners. The role involves managing key accounts, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to support business growth. The executive will also gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to refine brand and business development strategies.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Candidates should possess skills related to Business and Account Management to handle key clients and support revenue growth.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Relevant experience in FMCG or food and beverage industries, particularly in sales, marketing, or brand management, is beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze market data, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Nagpur and travel as required.
