ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of our Gajuwaka Branch and drive revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to increase property sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and lead the branch sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property bookings and revenue.
- Generate leads through marketing activities, channel partners, and broker networks.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Maintain relationships with customers, brokers and channel partners
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate
WHAT YOU WILL EARN:
- 2.4-3.5 LPA ( based on skills and experience )
