Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in New Delhi. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing and supporting the team, driving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, managing branch profitability and efficiency, and assisting in garnering deposits and advancing loans. The Branch Manager will also play a key role in staff development and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills to motivate and supervise branch staff effectively
• Proficiency in banking operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Sales and business development expertise with a track record of meeting financial targets
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with clients
• Proficiency in digital banking tools, data analysis, and reporting
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in branch management or a leadership role in the banking or financial services sector
