Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who combines strong business analysis, market research, UI/UX sensibility, and executive communication skills. The role requires translating business problems and market insights into clear strategies, user-centric solutions, and executive-ready presentations, while leveraging AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business problems and convert insights into structured narratives and strategic recommendations.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend assessment to support business decisions.
Apply UI/UX principles to ensure user-centric thinking in solution design and storytelling.
Create high-impact, executive-level presentations that communicate insights clearly and persuasively.
Leverage AI tools (for research, analysis, content structuring, and visualization) to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and manage scope and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Strategy Support roles.
Strong expertise in:
Business analysis and problem structuring
Market and competitive research
Executive presentation and storytelling
UI/UX fundamentals and user-centric design thinking
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for analysis, research, and content creation.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for data visualization.
Excellent stakeholder communication and expectation management skills.
