Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Billing professional at Meitra Hospital, located in Kozhikode. Key responsibilities include managing medical billing processes, attend the patient queries with regard to billing, addressing claim denials, and ensuring compliance with Medicare and insurance policies. The role requires close collaboration with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in billing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Denials and managing appeals to ensure payment resolution
• Varify with policies regarding credit bills.
• Attend the patient queries with regard to billing
• Understanding of Insurance and Medicare policies and processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in a healthcare or medical billing role is preferred
