HELP WANTED – Bilingual Associate Attorney (English/Spanish)

Growing small general practice law office seeking a motivated and compassionate Bilingual Associate Attorney to join our team. Our office is dedicated to representing minority and immigrant communities in the areas of Immigration Law, Family Law, and Criminal Defense.

We are looking for an attorney who is passionate about advocacy, comfortable working directly with diverse populations, and eager to grow within a fast-paced practice.

Requirements:

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong oral advocacy, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and empathy
• Highly organized and capable of handling multiple matters simultaneously
• Licensed attorney in any U.S. jurisdiction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience representing clients before the Immigration Court (EOIR)
• Experience in immigration, family, and/or criminal law
• Admission to the Ohio Bar preferred
• Attorneys licensed in another jurisdiction who are willing to obtain Ohio licensure are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Immigration Court and other legal proceedings
• Conduct consultations and develop case strategies
• Prepare legal filings, motions, and supporting documentation
• Attend hearings, interviews, and court appearances
• Work closely with support staff to manage active caseloads
• Advocate for clients with professionalism and compassion
