Position - RFP writer and bid manager

Location: Mohali

Shift – US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Job Description:

Highly experienced professional for our U.S. Federal, State, and SLED (Government & Public Sector) practice.

We are specifically looking for someone with complete, hands-on experience for end-to-end proposal lifecycle, including RFP / RFI / RFQ responses, with deep exposure to U.S. Government staffing engagements.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven, hands-on experience in U.S. Federal, State, and SLED proposals
• End-to-end knowledge of RFP / RFI / RFQ- proposal writer responses (from review to submission)
• Strong understanding of government staffing models, compliance, and proposal strategy
• Ability to independently manage proposal coordination and deadlines
• Capability to lead and build a State-Federal proposal function/team as the practice grows
