Business Analyst

We are looking for candidates to join us as a part of our Technology team as Business Analyst for

General Insurance Processes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the internal business team (SP,UW, Actuary, Operations ,Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.
• Strong hands on with requirements elicitation and System solution designing.
• Define the customer journey.
• Coordination with the development team on project planning & deliveries.
• Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers.
• Understand business priority and drive the Business process/development
• General Insurance experience is a must

Job Requirement/Skills:

• 3 to 8 years of experience in General insurance
• Strong knowledge of end to end insurance process/product life cycle.
• Hands on experience with SQL and API Integration.
• Good communication/interpersonal skills
• Managerial skill can be considered
