Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Visnagar . The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying qualified candidates, and marketing bench consultants. You will also ensure alignment with client requirements and provide ongoing account support.

Experience Required: 0–4 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM (USA Time Zone – Night Shift)

Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Strong experience in Hiring and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to establish and maintain client and consultant relationships
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in IT staffing or recruiting is a plus
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong English and Hindi communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Internet usage)
• Confident and proactive personality
• Willingness to work in night shift (US Time Zone)
• Strong learning attitude and target-oriented mindset

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

• Incentive: ₹32,000 per successful placement

• 5 Days Working (Weekends Off)
