This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Associate (BDA - USA, Night Shift). The key responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, conducting detailed consultations to understand client needs, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting performance targets. The role requires consistent outreach initiatives, maintaining records, and collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives.

• Proven sales aptitude and ability to meet targets effectively
• Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in maintaining detailed records
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and willingness to work night shifts
• Previous experience in business development or sales is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Passion for education and an understanding of online learning platforms
