Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in Zscaler and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. This role involves managing secure connectivity, troubleshooting, and optimizing global network security infrastructure.

#Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) platforms.
• Implement policies for secure web access, SSL inspection, and application control.
• Configure and manage IPSec tunnels, Tunnel 1.0 & Tunnel 2.0.
• Implement URL filtering, bandwidth control, and advanced threat protection.
• Troubleshoot Zscaler-related issues and provide escalation support.
• Design and maintain SASE architecture and Zero Trust security models.
• Monitor network traffic and security alerts using SIEM tools.
• Perform incident response and root cause analysis for security events.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams and maintain detailed documentation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures.

#Required Skills:

• 3 years in network security operations.
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler and SASE solutions implementation and BAU operation.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools and incident response processes.
• Excellent Network and Zscaler troubleshooting and communication skills.

#Preferred Certifications:

• Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP)
• CCNA
