Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Rajkot. As a Barista, you will prepare high-quality coffee and beverages while ensuring the presentation meets our standards. You will greet and assist customers, answer menu-related questions, and manage transactions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, preparing food orders, restocking supplies, and adhering to health and safety protocols. Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Experience or proficiency as a Barista and in food preparation, including making quality beverages and handling food items.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on creating positive customer experiences.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic numerical skills for operating a cash register and handling payments.
• Enthusiasm for coffee, beverages, and food, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
