Role Description

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and creative Bartenders for our Pune outlet. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baner, Pune.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixology techniques, and guest interaction. The role involves crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining bar standards, engaging with guests, and delivering a memorable drinking experience that reflects The Spirited Spot culture.

Bartenders at TSS are not just drink makers — they are performers, storytellers, and experience creators who bring energy and personality to every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, classic recipes, and mixology techniques
• Experience in premium bars, restaurants, lounges, or hospitality brands preferred
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy nightlife environment
• Passion for hospitality, creativity, and beverage innovation
• Understanding of bar hygiene, stock handling, and operational standards
• Team-oriented attitude with strong multitasking abilities
• Positive personality with confidence and professional presentation
• Flair bartending or cocktail competition experience is an added advantage
• Hospitality education or bartending certifications preferred but not mandatory
