Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual for the full-time Banquet Manager role at FunVille. Based on-site in Chandigarh, the Banquet Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for event planning and execution, ensuring excellence in customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to organize events, managing food and beverage services, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences for families and children.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage protocols and experience in managing catering services
  • Ability to oversee Hiring processes and effectively manage a diverse team
  • Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic situations
  • Experience in event planning or hospitality management is highly preferred
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules
  • Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks is an added advantage
