Position Summary*
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level, confidential, and comprehensive administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Chairman.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative and Organizational Support
Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate an extremely active calendar of appointments, meetings, and events.
Travel Arrangements: Plan, book, and manage complex domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
Correspondence: Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, physical mail),
Office Operations: Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents, ensuring efficient workflow within the Chairman's office.
2. Meeting and Event Coordination.
Minute Taking: Attend meetings, accurately record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items and decisions made by the Chairman.
Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of institutional events, ceremonies, and high-profile visits hosted by the Chairman.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to Chairman, preferably in the education sector.
Education: Bachelor’s
Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern communication/scheduling tools.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
