- We are looking for enthusiastic team members with good communications skills, hands-on with working on software for bookings, billing etc. Work experience in the health industry is preferred. Ready to work in shifts between 8 am to 8 pm.
Senior Front Desk Executive (Healthcare)
AktivHealth is an advanced physiotherapy and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation centre. It is also the Indian Headquarters for the Metabolic Balance nutrition program. We are seeking a friendly and efficient Experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team at AktivHealth. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operations at our center.
Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly as they arrive at the centre.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and guiding clients accordingly.
- Understand clients’ needs and assist them accordingly.
- Schedule appointments, manage client flow, and ensure a seamless treatment journey.
Administrative Duties:
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the relevant team members if required.
- Handle client registration, collect necessary information, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate billing and insurance processes.
- Manage client's consults, sessions, and billing efficiently.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a central point of contact for clients, medical staff, and other departments.
- Ensure effective communication between clients and healthcare providers.
- Coordinate with doctors, and other team members to address client needs promptly.
Professionalism and Etiquette:
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Handle complaints and inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Adhere to organization standards for quality service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate/ Postgraduate with relevant experience (2-4 years) in front office and billing.
- Good communication skills in English
- Computer proficiency for managing patient records and appointments. Well-versed with Microsoft word, excel, writing emails, CRM etc
- Worked on an appointment software.
- Pleasing personality and self-motivation to achieve targets.
