The Role

Most senior engineer on the team. You own the Spring Boot backend completely architecture, delivery, and reliability while staying frontend-aware enough to keep Angular and backend development moving as one unified track. You write production code weekly, lead sprint execution, and are personally accountable for what ships and when.

Compensation: ₹6–8 LPA (fixed) + performance incentives + ESOPS potential

What You Own

• Full Spring Boot backend every service, every API, every architectural decision
• Razorpay billing engine Subscriptions, Orders, mid-cycle proration, RBI mandate compliance. This is a financial system, not a feature
• Document verification pipelines identity, education, employment with strict data integrity requirements
• Five-role RBAC system across Super Admin, Talent Admin, Hiring Manager, and Recruiter surfaces
• API contracts set before frontend development begins no integration surprises
• Junior developer output unblocked within 24 hours, no tribal knowledge, full documentation within the sprint it ships
• Production incidents diagnosed, resolved, and documented within 48 hours

What We Require

• 3+ years backend experience, on Deep Java and Spring Boot built and scaled complex systems, not just maintained them
• Real billing system complexity Razorpay subscription lifecycle, mid-cycle changes, proration, mandate constraints. "Integrated a gateway once" does not qualify
• MySQL at depth schema design, query optimization, performance debugging under load
• Microsoft Azure hands-on deployments, App Service, Blob Storage, scaling decisions
• Multi-tenant RBAC, JWT auth, secure API design
• Angular-aware enough to review integration, identify contract mismatches, and unblock frontend without becoming frontend
