Sancta Maria International School seeks an experienced and passionate IB PYP educator committed to inquiry, conceptual understanding, and student agency. The PYP Teacher will design and facilitate rigorous transdisciplinary learning experiences that nurture internationally minded, reflective, and confident learners. Candidates with experience in international settings or prior teaching experience abroad will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-driven Units of Inquiry aligned with the IB PYP framework.
• Embed the IB Learner Profile attributes and Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills in daily teaching practice.
• Design authentic formative and summative assessments focused on conceptual understanding and skill development.
• Collaboratively plan to ensure programme coherence and strong vertical articulation.
• Contribute to exhibitions, school initiatives, and continuous programme development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education with a recognised teaching qualification (mandatory).
• IB PYP training and experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience within an IB or international school setting.
• Proven track record of exceptional IB teaching and leadership.
