Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive business expansion for Elets conferences, knowledge platforms, research reports and digital initiatives
  • Engage with CXOs, Marketing Heads, Government officials and senior decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities with IT companies, consulting firms, PSU organisations, startups and solution providers
  • Manage end-to-end deal cycles from first conversation to closure
  • Work closely with editorial, marketing and events teams to create compelling proposals
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and contribute directly to revenue growth


Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B business development, partnerships, sponsorships or enterprise outreach
  • Comfortable speaking with senior leadership and government stakeholders
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in events, media, SaaS, consulting, IT or government ecosystem is a plus
  • Self-driven, target-oriented and excited by fast-paced environments
