We’re hiring a B2B Outbound Specialist to help us find and contact companies that are likely to need better organic search results.


We run Content Cofounder, a performance-based SEO service.


Our offer is simple:

Clients only pay when their website pages reach page one of Google and stay there.

We are looking for someone who can identify strong-fit prospects using real business signals, then send thoughtful manual outreach.


Example signals may include:

  • Companies spending heavily on Google Ads but ranking poorly organically
  • Companies whose SEO traffic has dropped after Google updates
  • Companies hiring content writers, SEO managers, or growth marketers
  • Companies publishing content but failing to rank on page one
  • Companies investing in content, paid search, or lead generation

  • What you’ll do:

    • Research qualified B2B prospects
    • Identify the signal or reason they may need our offer
    • Send personalized manual outreach
    • Track responses and lead quality
    • Suggest new signal-based prospecting angles

    This is not a mass-spam or automation role. We want careful, human-led outbound focused on quality over volume.


    You may be a good fit if you:

    • Have experience with B2B outbound
    • Know how to research companies based on buying signals
    • Can write short, relevant outreach messages
    • Understand SEO, content marketing, Google Ads, or lead generation
    • Can work independently and report clearly


    Compensation:

    We’ll start with a small paid test project to evaluate lead quality and outreach quality.

    If the test works well, this can become an ongoing role.
